The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and clean as well as the bathrooom.
Excellent value, clean, good location, good service. Would definitely stay there again.
The check-in experience was wonderful. Ryan N. made us feel very special and took care of us throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast in the lounge which we enjoyed very much! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends when they come to Lexington.
This is a good to place to stay in Lexington. It's not far from downtown. The staff seem eager to help and are pleasant.
My room was in good shape, was functional, and tasefully designed and decorated. My bed was very comfortable, and I didn't hear any freeway noise or noise from other rooms for that matter. There was a large selection of cable channels on the TV with good reception.
Nice and clean – The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. When we got to our room it was very clean and I loved the decor. I loved the fack that we could drive and park right in front of our room. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.
Professional Staff – Staff professional and courteous. Saw no wrinkled or stained carpets. The room was beautiful, the bed was sooooo comfy, and again the staff was what you would expect to find in a really upscale place.
