Stayed here because on Expedia it had great reviews and said the rooms were sound proof and clean. Well we were put in room 231 and it must be completely different than the rest of the hotel because even though we paid extra for what is labeled as a “premium” room we got a room that only had a view of the HVAC system, the noise of that same HVAC, a big gap under our door to the hall so we could hear every single noise from the hallway so that it sounded like it was right in the room with us. Well appointed, clean hotel close to the airport. Lots of food options 5 minutes walk from the hotel as well.
I had a great stay at the Four Points Hotel Kelowna. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, definitely a pleasant surprise. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and ran frequently, making it easy to get to and from the airport. Most of all, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and inviting throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.
