Our family enjoyed our stay here at the Four Points Sheraton in Juneau. Everybody working at the hotel, on every shift, was so nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast room atmosphere and setting was great. Food was good, too. Hot foods included an egg dish, a meat dish (sausage or bacon), potatoes. There was cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread/bagels, pastries, etc. Milk and other drinks in the cooler. Would like to see a gluten-free cereal option, but otherwise daughter was able to make do. There are few options if you're connecting through Juneau, and this one is ok. The front desk staff weren't especially welcoming. The rooms aren't air conditioned and Alaska is a lot hotter than it used to be. The breakfast and coffee is mediocre but there are other options nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and everything was very pleasant. The two young women at the front desk were very kind and provided all the information we needed. The breakfast was delightful, as was the atmosphere. The restaurant staff were very friendly and took great care of us; they explained the drink options and provided oat milk on both days since my partner cannot consume dairy.
