Clean rooms, great location, reasonable prices.
The rooms are a bit dark, and the breakfast was minimal. But the staff was great and you can’t beat the location!
Everyone here is very kind and I enjoyed the free breakfast and how there is always coffee and hot chocolate out! Good gym as well!
I stayed here last year for my first visit to Juneau and it traumatized me. I travel extensively for work and this is the first and only time I had concern for bed bugs. The hotel was undergoing renovation at the time and the smell of chemical/paint through the hallways and my room was nauseating. The room was filthy, the bathtub was clogged, and the lights were so dim I felt like I was in a horror movie. I’d much rather camp out in the wilderness than stay on that property again.
