Blown away on their customer service - Some of the best we ever experienced. We arrived into Juneau in the morning with an intention to have our luggage stored until the afternoon. A room was available, so they let us check in very early. Being BonVoy Platinum members helped. They also allowed us to preview the room to make sure it was cool enough. Great hotel and great location with restaurants accroß the street in the water. Tour guide company on premise for easy access! Would stay again!
This looked like one of the best in town options for one night while waiting for a cruise ship. Rooms were clean, location was central and the staff was helpful. I thought the pricing was extremely high, but I get that there were five boats in town so they could name their price. Unfortunately, they had an issue with the boiler, so we had no hot water. No discount given unless you were a Marriott member
We enjoyed very much our stay: the hotel staffs are very helpful; great location; the suite room is large enough; their breakfast is unbeatable!
