Terrible food service, worst I have ever experienced staying in a hotel. We saw the QR code in the elevator for ordering food online and picking it up downstairs which sounded great. We placed the order and then went down after about 40 minutes. We were then told that they didn't see it pop up in their system which is fine we totally understand that happens. We got back up to the room 10 minutes later and they called us to let us know they no longer offered the sandwich that I ordered, again no problem I changed to a differe... read more
Great location! Nice Clean Atmosphere! Nice Clean Rooms! Great Views of the Atlantic Ocean and views of Jax Beach area! Walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants makes it very convenient for those wanting to enjoy vacation without driving ever to get stuff. They even have an onsite bar and restaurant as well. I will definitely stay at this location again!
