My stay was great I was skeptical of the hotel my Wife booked but the young man Javier at the front desk greeted us with respect and joy and made everything comfortable for us and answered are questions you get what you pay for .The only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in are room.
Small but accommodating. No free breakfast. Staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Loved their personalities.
My first stay here was awesome - no microwave in any rooms or the breakfast area but that’s okay. The first stay (on the first floor) - my housekeeper paid attention to what I used (wash rags, make-up remover, etc) and replaced everything daily. This second stay, we’re on the fourth floor and have had one wash rag for two guests for 4 nights (after requesting more)🥴 the bathroom door keeps coming off its hinges and locks us in - we have to get help from each other to get out.
