Similar room decidedly higher in Indy metro area
Terrible experience here. I booked through booking.com for a guaranteed rate, they then proceeded to charge me 3x the amount once they took my debit card, trying to say I was charged two security deposits. When I came back to dispute the charge, no manager on site, front desk receptionist was extremely unprofessional (raising her voice to me) and I was told to call the manager when she was back and also booking.com. They blamed the 3x charge on a “new booking system” and made me deal with disputing the money back. Won’t ever... read more
Everybody and everything was good. The bed was a bit lumpy.
A+ Marriott property. Great staff, beautiful property, sits behind another hotel, only con is they need better direction signage as it literally is hidden. Restaurant has delicious food
