I travel for work so I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I've never been told that the security deposit for a room is a certain percentage of what you paid. That is the most ludicrous thing i've ever heard. Then, to be told, it's actually $50. But then to be charged, some random amount. The room is nice and awe, but the door to the bathroom doesn't actually close all the way. I was looking for a ice machine and the front desk had to go in the kitchen to get me ice. We had two rooms on the first floor. Teens enjoyed the pool- they said it was clean enough that they could swim in it. Went to the bar for a drink, ended up eating there also. Bartender spoiled our teens with mocktails and 5 star service which was a great way to end their day after an 11 hour car ride. They truly felt spoiled! Rooms were well appointed and clean.
FRAUDULANT CHARGES: This hotel charged my debit card for the hotel restaurant on Black Friday 9 months after my stay. When disputed I was blown off and ignored. I had to shut down access to my bank account over the holiday weekend. After circling to a full year since my stay, sending proof of charge, and not going away, the final response was that they have no record of the charge, but they “did have some accidental offline charges that they put through at that time” They provided no proof that a charge was owed to them and ... read more
The room was standard, but all the floor was loose and squeaks every step in the room, they have a serie of breackfast that was not available.
Rooms were clean. Employees were helpful and the hotel was really chill. The food from downstairs was good too. Plenty of food and gas around as well. Would stay again.
