The bartender Tom is the best! I love how he knows his guests by name. He always had a drink ready for me when I entered the bar. This type of service is what keeps me coming back!! Way to go Tom!!!
Tom is amazing Everytime I come probably the best part of the experience. Front staff has improved a lot as well.
I have been coming to this hotel for quite some time now and it is because of people like Tom. He has a way of treating his customers like family and remembers me and what I like. In fact he often has it ready before I even sit down. He is just a pleasure to see when I am in town.
Newer hotel compared to others in the area. Convenient location to work and airport.
We stayed at this hotel because of a conference that we were attending. When we checked in, frankly, we were a little concerned because the desk clerk was not friendly, or welcoming, or even helpful. However, the staff the next day changed all of that and we would recommend this hotel especially if you need a comfortable and clean stay close to the airport.
