This was a quick over night stay due to a canceled flight. It was clean and spacious. It was late and we had an early morning flight. What I liked was they had a pantry full of snacks (for sale)so you can grab something at any time.
I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Coppell, TX! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would like to give a 5 star only and only coz of the front desk lady, Krupa. She was very welcoming and assisted us with our queries a out food joints. She went the extra mile by writing all the details for us on a paper. Very seldom do we see people being so nice here and it was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Krupa and the management for a great experience.
I checked in today with my friends. The executive Kripa in the front desk was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if u are in Dallas and want to stay somewhere in between the airport and downtown.
