Michelle made an outstanding first impression during my stay. I was genuinely surprised to learn she has only been with the hotel for two weeks because her professionalism, attentiveness, and customer service were exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and made the check in process seamless from start to finish. Michelle is a wonderful representation of the Marriott brand. Extremely disappointing stay. I spent 8 nights at this hotel as an Ambassador Elite member, and despite repeatedly requesting housekeeping/room service, it was provided only once during my entire stay. The service was so poor that I had to go down to reception myself to get fresh towels. To make matters worse, I saw large cockroaches roaming the lobby, which raised serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep. There was a roach in our room, no dinner and no alcohol at the bar. Staff was nice but the managers need to do a better job at ordering their stick plus keeping up with their pest control

It’s really only suitable for a very short stay. The customer service at both the front desk and the restaurant could definitely be better.
