Extremely disappointing experience at Four Points by Sheraton Arlington. I paid for my room and all of the room charges associated with my stay. The issue arose over a separate $47 food and beverage charge that I genuinely understood to have been included or comped, Rather than handling what should have been a simple billing discrepancy professionally, the hotel chose to escalate the situation and threaten criminal action over a $47 disputed charge. Stayed for the BTS concert at the AT&T stadium. Had a great experience with the front desk and even received my first freebie from the hotel! Great location and rooms. Perfect for a short stay.
