Pest issues Stayed here Jan 27-28 for one night. Location is great and also the hotel itself is not bad. I booked the king suite. After reading the reviews, I do think they have a roach issue. I was fortunate to stay on the second floor. However, i came down around 930 pm to grab a snack and seen a huge cockroach walking across the floor. Room I stayed in had a roach problem and the front deck, office Manager and General manager only cancelled my reservation in return. I had to pay to get my clothes laundered so I didn’t take THEIR pests home with me. I also had to find a new hotel room at 2:30am when I came aware of the issue. I contacted management for compensation and they told me nothing I could do because I had stayed there 1 night without any issues, so their unwilling to issue a refund for the night I stayed and not interested in compensating me for th... read more
