We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Four Points Coral Gables. The staff was gracious and hospitable (especially Andrea at breakfast). The pool was delightful, the location perfect, and the parking easy. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well presented. Look no further...
At check-in I received a nice goodie bag for being a titanium elite member. The chocolates were delicious! Their staff was very kind and Andrea was very friendly in the mornings at the breakfast buffet. She even got me a delicious special order omelet. Andrea had a lot of tables to cover but handled it well and remained friendly.
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. The breakfast spread is phenomenal and the restaurant attendant in the mornings, Andrea, is very courteous and friendly and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The coffee they serve is great also!
Amazing place. Breakfast on 2nd floor is delicious Andrea is super kind and went out of the way. She was super kind.
Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Coral Gables was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Amir at the front desk was incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive. He made check-in smooth and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What we appreciated even more was that Amir checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. That level of genuine hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests.
