El hotel está muy bien El desayuno continental el muy correcto, todos los días con distintas opciones calientes, frutas, cereales y bebidas. Yunelis en el desayuno nos recibió siempre con mucha amabilidad y una sonrisa. Roger nos salvó cuando olvidamos nuestro cargador de teléfono, muy amablemente también!
We had a candidate arrive at midnight there last night. The hotel told him they didn't have a room for him. When I called today they said it was a booking/system error, which makes zero sense considering it was booked earlier in the day. We'll not be using this hotel as we can't trust it. It's disappointing as Marriott is a good brand, but my guy was go with Hyatt which we normally do, candidate was a Marriott member, but won't do it again. Then got put on hold for quite a long time when I called to rectify the whole things.... read more
This place was really clean. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Great location a few minutes from everywhere. Highly recommend.
We checked in at 2:00 in the morning and Rose went above and beyond to do everything to help us get checked in. I am temporarily handicap and had a trailer which was completely too large for the parking garage. But Rose was able to make everything work, while keeping everything safe and ensuring that other guests would also not be impacted. Whatever they're paying her they need to pay her more.
