Checked in, had a reservation for a king was given a double bed which i did ok. The AC unit did not work properly. The drapes could not be opened. I was offered blankets by the front desk who was severely short staffed… not her fault! no refund or rebate was given to make things right. Seemed to be a take it or leave kind of place :(
Good location, the rooms are decent, but we got charged $141 dollars after check out for a meal we didn’t order. I noticed the charge on my credit card days later and called the hotel to complain. In order to get my money back I need to file a claim with the manager. So they charged me for something I didn’t consume, and now it is up to me to fix the problem. I only stayed for 1 night, so I wasn't able to get the full details of the hotel. The front desk person is friendly but I only saw 1 person working there at a time, so you might have to wait. The front door where the card will pull up and drop people off is so small that cars have to reverse in order to make the turn. Very poor design. The hotel offers free breakfast and water in the lobby to cool off. The lobby is clean and comfortable and it's a great place to lounge around. Airport is about 15 to 20 minutes drive.
