This has been one of the worst service experiences we have encountered. For the past several days, we have repeatedly called the front desk to request a credit card authorization form for our guest, who is checking in within 24 hours. Every time we spoke with someone, we were assured that the form would be sent, yet we still have not received it. We’re in Coral Gables for an extended period and on our sixth night here at Four Points. Clean, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, competitive rates and staff that excels in great customer service. Front desk, housekeeping, and even the maintenance personnel are friendly and accommodating. Elevators are fast and the surfaces are mopped and wiped down regularly.
