I stayed at this hotel in July and later discovered an extra charge on my credit card that I did not expect. I have now called the hotel FIVE times to get this resolved. Every single time, I was told that my money would be refunded and that the manager would call me back. I am still waiting. Despite multiple calls and repeated promises, I have received neither the refund nor the promised call from management. BEDBUGS We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several issues. We woke up in the morning with multiple bedbug bites. We check the sheets and found signs of them. When I reported it to the front desk in the morning, the receptionist simply said she would “make a note of it,” but didn’t offer any real help, concern, or follow up. The room itself also wasn’t very sound proof. We could hear every truck and car passing by throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep even before the bites.
