Brendan at the front desk you made my day even more miserable. Sir your attitude towards customers needs a major adjustment. Not one ounce of understanding of a really bad situation to try to accommodate us. When visiting Charleston, WV, it's where we will stay again for sure.
The rooms are A bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. One thing I really appreciated is they had a double shade on the window that black out the light for sleeping. The check-in was easy and very friendly. The location across the street from the river is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
