John was very rude , tried to get me and my friend to do things we didn't want to for a free room . Then he called the cops cause we didn't give him what he wanted cussed us out and called the cops on us . And Mrs V dont even know the story and dont want to talk about her employer behavior . They still have my speaker I spent 200 for so I have took it to the next level . Be careful lady's they let there staff just walk in on u nude and arguing with them
John walked in the room on me and my friend 3 times. Asking to exchange s** for a free room . We instantly declined and he got hostile with us calling us out our name. . Very ugly words . He entered our room without knocking and tried to demand us to get with him for a free room. Then switched it up and called police to make us leave because things didn't go his way lady be careful! His name is John he is the morning manager ! Seems its se* trafficking there nothing but pimps and working girls .
I hate to write bad reviews but this hotel was absolutely terrible . I knew when we stepped into the lobby something was off. The air is out basically all over the hotel . The rooms had a strong bleach smell as if it was trying to mask something moldy and the rooms were dusty , outdated , worn , & dirty. My husband and I left immediately after checking in and seeing this. Marriott really needs to step in and do something about the hotel they’ve stamped their name on . I found the staff of the hotel to be acceptable. My room smelled like mildew. The AC could not get my room below 75 degrees. The staff would not switch my room. The hallway AC was broken and they have permanently installed two tiny residential air units at the ends of the hallway. The hallway was about 90 degrees. The condition of this hotel is unacceptable.
