Ughhhhhh. The room smelled like mold. It was horrible. Sprayed Febreze and nothing worked. I couldn't get another room. The wifi did not work. The air was working on and off. Look....... this is the 1 season motel. Not hotel. NEVER AGAIN. Nevvvvvvvaaaaaaaaaa. You can tell the don't walk their rooms and check them. Staff was nice.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times hoping it would improve. Every room they give me smells like mold. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The staff are all top notch but I don’t see why management won’t fix the problem.
Dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in a long time! Staff’s ability to reconcile issues, elementary at best. AC in gym is broken. Pool is gross. Lobby bathroom hadn't been swept, or cleaned in weeks. Room bathroom a disaster as well. And as I write this review, 3 pre-teen’s have come into the gym to play, directly in front of front desk staff. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!
I recently stayed at your property for two nights (6/25-6/27), and while the hotel itself was nice and most of the staff were pleasant, I had an experience that left a very negative impression. On Friday night around 1 am, I exited the elevator on the third floor and was startled when an overly large African American gentleman with locs, whom was unkempt, suddenly walked out of one of the guest rooms. A comfortable stay at a decent price. Good location with stores and fast food. The best part was the amazing customer service Cassandra at the front desk provided. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I appreciate how courteous she is. Top notch employee!
