Don’t trust the lobby. The lobby looks very nice but as soon as you get out of the elevator it looks like your regular cheap hotel. The tvs were glitching a whole bunch couldn’t even watch a full 10 seconds with a problem. Told me the pool closed at 11 I got my whole gang together about 10-15 people after a long day 5 kiddos really excited to swim at night and I get there and it was closed at 10 and a cleaner person walked into are room well we were in it could of been worse if one of us were changing.
Very clean and tidy. Staff was very professional. Only complaint is that my room had a very short shower head, like stomach height.
Easy to get to, no plane noise, clean comfortable rooms and the staff was super friendly plus helpful. Recognized me being a Bonvoy member and made me feel special. Will stay here again for sure.
