Untrained. No training in working with people with disabilities or trauma. Unfortunately, having a disability doesn't mean being trained in working with people. I have been paying way too much money to go to this clinic for 10 months. Dr. Theresa Dowell and all her staff are truly wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them all. They are compassionate and take their patient's needs very seriously.
