I have been living here for 2 years now and am very happy. The team is very helpful and responsive when there are issues. Luz the manager and Oscar the maintenance man are absolutely incredible. I have had a few maintenance requests over the years and every single time I have had great experiences getting them handled. I feel seen and cared for by the staff and that goes a really long way. Thank you for everything four-peaks team
STAY AWAY. They are predatory. Their staff put on a friendly face to lure you in, then once the lease is signed, they become completely unprofessional and nonresponsive. I have never felt so unwelcomed at an apartment complex. The walls and floors are so thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do. Constant water shut offs (every week). Maintenance takes FOREVER to get to your issue, then they slap a temporary fix on it.
The property is super beautiful and the staff are all so sweet loved coming and to check out this property and can't wait to rent here
Went to tour these apartments recently and they are really nice. Luz at the front office was helpful
