Very happy with service and pricing. Dr. Crist and her staff were very knowledgeable compassionate and my fur baby was spoiled while being treated.
Our chihuahua had a breathing attack last Friday. She was given medicine and x-rays were taken. We picked up our little girl after treatment, paid the $275 bill and was not given the diagnosis because the vet was not in. We were told that she would call us and tell us results. After numerous calls, we were very frustrated - no answer. Our dog had another breathing attack but no help or answer from the vet. Finally 7 DAYS LATER the vet returned our call !! Horrible customer service, my poor dog has burns on her, and my dog has severe anxiety and they didn’t do anything we politely asked of them.
