I would give less than one star. Do NOT take your sweet pet here! I started bringing my dog when the practice first opened in 2011 and loved Dr. Keri and Dr. trippi. The practice was bought out by a conglomerate. The office staff and Dr. Burns are unbelievably rude and uncaring. I have 3 dogs and our new puppy got very sick after getting a vaccine there yesterday. I called asking to bring him in as he had non stop diarrhea and vomiting. He wouldn’t drink or eat. TLDR; if you love your pets and want them to be treated with respect then DO NOT go here. Look at reviews here during last 2-3 months.All gone downhill since corporate capital or should I say vulture capital took over this place. Went there for dental cleaning yesterday.After pick up come back home to find that my lab has dry brown stuff caked on whiskers .I chalk it up to maybe medication or something that dried off. TLDR; Do not go here. Your pet will likely will be treated like another line item on corporate balance sheet than a living being. I have been going to Four Paws Veterinary Center from when my dog was a puppy (2021). They were wonderful back then. I have had problems for the past year or so. First, my son gave us his dog (and they were my son's vet too). They lost all the paperwork and insisted that he be revaccinated after less than a year just because my son's dog was now mine. 5 starts for Dr Trippy because he is a great doctor. He suggested to take conservative approach with my dog's skin allergies and it worked. That saved my dog from going through the torture of meds that make him uneasy and super-thirsty. Just that the front desk says they will submit the claims but they do not do it even after several reminders. At this point they should just say that they wont do it so people do not waste time.
