RecommendedMany years ago, Jim hospitalized our English black lab Sparky. She was not acting herself and was not presenting with any symptoms except just “dumpy”. Over about 8 hrs of observation, her white blood count skyrocketed to over 30,000 and she became septic. Jim did emergency exploratory surgery on her and found her uterus full of pus( a pyometra) in clinical terms. RecommendedJim knows so much about animals and blends modalities seamlessly. Our pets like him as much as we do. We like to use non-pharmaceutical supports whenever possible, and Jim is conversant with natural techniques and "alternative" products. He spends a good amount of time with us at each visit, and is always helpful - as is his staff. We drive over 45 minutes each way to The Country Vet even though there are several good vets within 15 minutes of our home.
