Poor customer service. Lack of common sense. Employees huddled up with customers around the front desk, but two people couldn’t go into self service bath area where there were no other customers.

We're sorry you had a poor experience. We're trying to keep on top of the current guidelines for COVID-19. We do need to limit the number of self serve bathers in our bath area until guidelines slacken a bit. We very much look forward to opening up our services fully once it is safe to do so.

Cannot say enough good things about Four Paws!! Supremely patient and helpful groomers worked with my old, high-strung pup even when he was being fussy without issue! Very well stocked storefront with knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was our first time here, but we'll definitely be back!

Excellent and knowledgeable group. My dog typically isn’t warm to strangers nor does he allow nail trims. Four Paws Pantry & Spa got it done and handled him with excellent care! Highly recommend!
