We were in today from Topeka & Austin & the other girl working were great. Was a fun &pleasant experience.
Had been taking our two dogs here for the last couple years now and had great previous experiences with the groomers but this time around has been an extremely disappointing experience for which we will not be returning. Makes sure you thoroughly go through what exactly you want done or else you will pay a lot for very little in return!
I am not going back to Petsmart anymore :) Four Paws employees are so polite and nice!!!!
My and Gracies 1st time there & we were made to feel right at home. They even had a tub big enough for her to turn around in. Best part-I found a flea trap that I have been hunting for about 10 years! Well, and my white dog is white again with no stress

Very friendly. Very helpful. They make you and your furbaby/furbabies feel at home. Their products are wonderful. The first time we were there we spoke with Deborah who was very knowledgeable in the subject of nutrition when it came to our furballs. <3 We have been going back ever since.
