BEWARE WILL FINESSE YOU OUT OF DEPOSIT MONEY. We were 17 minutes late so they said they wouldn’t be able to accept my animals no refund either. To reschedule would be another $55 per animal. I would have been ok with that had I know of the strict appt rules. I am new to the area not from the valley and construction is a constant issue with traveling and timing.
