Skylar is incredible - i’m obsessed with my hair color. not only is she so knowledgeable about hair but she’s also so fun to chat with. truly a great experience & a beautiful salon.
I tried this place because it had only 5-star reviews. I thought getting a haircut in Pittsfield would save me money on gas, as I was getting my haircuts in GB. I was treated with total ignorance at this establishment. I never said or did anything to earn this type of unprofessional interaction. I was ultimately, only respectful to anyone and everyone there, and was a good tipper, I might add. 10$ tip on a 40$ haircut is generous, at 25%. I've been to Skylar twice now and now I don't want to find anyone else to do my hair. She helped me find a style that was perfect for my career change and easy to style in a pinch. She walked me through the steps to style it and shortcuts I could take, and then recommended the perfect lightweight product for my hair. After just moving back to the area and with a recommendation from my sister, I went to four one three salon for a haircut and crown foil. Alexi did an amazing job and I love everything about my haircut and color! I’m so glad she understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Thank you!
