Alexi did an amazing job on my color and cut! I wanted natural looking bronde and she did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back, and would highly recommend!
The wonderful team at FourOneThree were a DELIGHT to work with for hair and makeup for my wedding. From the initial booking, to the trial at the salon, to the day-of onsite at our hotel, everyone I interacted with was so kind, warm, and excited for my special day (when I know they work on tons of special days!). I tried this place because it had only 5-star reviews. I thought getting a haircut in Pittsfield would save me money on gas, as I was getting my haircuts in GB. I was treated with total ignorance at this establishment. I never said or did anything to earn this type of unprofessional interaction. I was ultimately, only respectful to anyone and everyone there, and was a good tipper, I might add. 10$ tip on a 40$ haircut is generous, at 25%.
