My family has always used Four Oaks when a family member passes away. They are nothing but kind, and will help you in every way they can. My son Asher passed recently, and Paula and her crew gave me and my family the best respect, and stood right beside me threw this hard time. I recommend this funeral home 10/10 best service in Scott county.
They were very helpful, kind, and accommodating to all our needs. They did and carried out everything we agreed upon.

I would rate our experience as below average because of a lack of attention to detail. Funeral homes are in a customer service oriented industry. It didn’t seem that was the mindset here.
I have dealt with Four Oaks personally 3 times. I have had nothing but the best treatment from all of them, especially Paula. We were made to feel like taking care of my family was the number one priority. They treated us like family and were helpful in every way.

With my father passing away recently. I could not be happier with the overall experience, care and professionalism we were lucky enough to receive from the entire staff. That did not stop the days leading up to or any day afterwards. They go above and beyond to help answer any questions needed.
