My 5 star rating comes from one Saturday when I thought my dog was sick... it was past clinic hours, we called their emergency line and within 30 minutes met Dr. John Shepherd at the clinic- he treated my dog so well and talked us through everything over the next few hours like he had no where else to be, he was very caring and set my mind at ease and told us to call anytime 24/7 if we had any other concerns. Dr. Shepherd and his staff went above and beyond in the quality of care and compassion they displayed to myself and my golden retriever, Molly during her fight with cancer. I am grateful to have such a great veterinary clinic in Brazil.
They are the Vet we use in the rescue. Yesterday I took my 14 yr old chocolate lab Sadie in, as she was having problems. They fell in love with her. They are very caring!
I highly recommend this place! Everyone there is nice & friendly. They all love animals! The Vetenarian there takes time with you & your pet. And is kind to your pet .The place is the cleanest Vetinary Clinic I've ever been to. With beautiful design. You could live there!
