I purchased a home in Mount Pleasant, MI's Springhill Village community 9/23. The sales portion was excellent, especially in view of the fact that I was buying a new home, sight unseen until the weekend before closing and moving in from out of state. At the closing, mention was made of the fact that the lot was not finished but would be filled, leveled and seeded within a "few" weeks.
