After many phone calls and emails not getting through to the office. We got an appointment to come in and see the apartment as we had been approved by them..5 hour drive and seeing the home, we are told. To make a new appointment and send in the 3rd application as they said they had Never received it. Even though they told me that from her application by its self she would not be approved . 1- they ENTERED my apartment several times WITHOUT even notifying me! when i talked to the man about it. he was SO RUDE and said they dont have time to notify me! 2- they called me and asked me IF I CAN MOVE EARLIER than my rent contract date so the new tenant can move early. I had to talk to new house owner to arrange to move 2 weeks earlier and called them back to tell them of my new arrangements. If I could give them a zero I would. Shady operation.
DO NOT RENT from Four Horizons. Four Horizons wrongly retained my security deposit trying to impress a client they hoped to retain. I left school to tend to my family. Moving to a new place on a student's budget to start anew is hard enough without having money deceitfully snatched from your hands.
