The property Four Hills Studios is being ran into the ground and Allen Sigmon does not care! IT IS NOT SAFE HERE! You cannot get your mail from inside of the office, and they NEVER answer the phone!!! Myself and my daughter live there, and was promised "upgraded" apartments. I have NEVER received the hot plates, since we can't have a stove, since I moved in. I was without air conditioning for 3 days during 100 degree weather.
