The property Four Hills Studios is being ran into the ground and Allen Sigmon does not care! IT IS NOT SAFE HERE! You cannot get your mail from inside of the office, and they NEVER answer the phone!!! Myself and my daughter live there, and was promised "upgraded" apartments. Fix all the lights and have the washers in the laundry room at the Crestridge apartments fixed or replaced; we stopped using the laundry room because of this. It's too dark in the breezeways at night and people who don't belong here are coming on the property through the back where the fence has a big hole in it. It's not safe here anymore. Until there are some improvements made here I won't recommend this place to anyone.
I being a past experience of four hills studios I recommend am I look good on the outside but staying here for a year and paying for 99 getting free rent for electricity free water the one thing that they're missing is a maintenance man do not come here for maintenance do not come here for anything else but if he's definitely want to be stuck here for the rest of your life for three years. I guess

Better maintenance of both Four Hills and Crestridge; have someone pick up the trash more often and fix issues in apartments when requested without hesitation. Both properties look like crap and management acts like they could care less; all they really care about is the money they can make but don't care about spending any to hire better maintenance to take care of both places. I wouldn't recommend these places to my best friend.
four hills studios runs are apartment complex we live in crestridge we have black mold in the ceiling of are restroom we have about 30 bags of roaches with dates on them are heater smells like gas coming out o it
