Be advised: My experience with this company raises significant ethical concerns. Derrick—whom I had worked with previously—and his wife (Michelle??) left their former company, with which I had an established relationship, and began working with Four Feather without informing my business of the transition. After their services were completed, I questioned the unfamiliar company name and the invoice I received. Horrible. Terrible customer service
Absolutely horrible. System does not work. Numerous false alarms. No show on service appts. That is after you keep paying them to fix the system they did not install correctly? Stay away!
