We live in Calera Oklahoma these people give us no warning give our complex mgr a 10 min warning and set this system off at 9 am. I have PTSD this system is unnecessary in apt complex of this size. The decibel lvl is the exact same as a prison fire alarm system. No necessary for a 2 bdr apartment. We have a right to peace in our own home now my 3 yr old daughter cried nonstop for nearly 30 minutes.
I have been using camera monitoring installed by Four feathers about a year. Today I had to call with a software issue beyond my extremely limited technical knowledge. Trisha in the office was very friendly and helpful. Gave me clear information and promised a prompt tech. Tony arrived only 1 hour later. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.
