Great communication and services provided by Kevin who was both knowledgeable and professional as well as personable. His inspection was thorough and concise. Would definitely work with Kevin again should there be another home investment.

I recently had my now 144 year old house inspected by Kevin. He was not only thorough but also took the time to explain everything I was seeing. He informed me how to fix certain issues if I chose to, and advised me on what to seek during the buying process, as my realtor wasn't very helpful.
