This place has gone downhill from when I moved in almost 6 years ago. Used to be pet friendly. Now they no longer allow new pets. Our unit came with a Washer and Dryer which was one of the main features that made us choose this place. Got a letter on my door the other day saying that they're refusing to repair or replace the washer and dryer that came with the unit even though it's technically their property because it was included in the unit when the change of ownership/management happened 5 years ago. WARNING NEW TENANTS: they are not allowing dogs anymore. Which is why people live here in the first place. Taking that away isn’t going to draw in future tenants. Not to mention the lack of attention to landscaping. Gang graffiti has made itself present. Abandoned cars on Roosevelt. Looking super ghetto. This neighborhood used to be beautiful.
Management avoids you the whole time , kinda like when somebody owes you money lol
I have lived in this complex going on 3 years. I am moving out soon because I’ve finally purchased my HOME!!! Management is very organized and straight forward and cool. The ground keepers are working around the clock to keep the property clean and neat. I have had to put in a couple of work orders over the years. My ticket was taken care of the same or at worst the next day. I did have something minor that took a few days for them to get too... but that was communicated to me properly.
