I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I witnessed a driver making a woman get off and ride her wheelchair a mile in the bitter cold and snow/ice to get to the Dr office. Hope I never have to count on this type of service.
They get you to your destination in a timely manner.
Not all but most especially the lady who does the tazwell route she has a nasty attitude
