Great Experience I went to a private class at Sister's Yoga. It wasn't the typical yoga I had been used to -- it was more relaxed and enjoyable. I thought the teacher was helpful and wanted me to learn all I could. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to start yoga.
For the girl who loves Yoga... and sisterhood! Sisters Yoga is a wonderful environment for girls/women of all ages. They offer classes for the very young - Mommy and Me, up through any age. SY has created an atmosphere that is girlie and pink and great for a woman's self-esteem. They have built a true sisterhood within their small studio. You'll love the aesthetics, its all girl - pink and purple. You'll soon make friends and become a more relaxed version of yourself!
