Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Was this provider's office too cold?
