Terrible staff that does not care about patients or their financial obligations before or after insurance. Seems like I'm not alone in this.

ZERO STARS* DO NOT GO TO THIS RADIOLOGY DEPT! First of all, do NOT go to the hospital's radiology dept! Go to Xray Associates Of NM, so much better, easier, and cheaper to deal with! After going in for my scan and having to pay $577 before being seen, I get yet another bill for $150. GET this though the total cost of my services were $322!!!! They deserve 0 stars. We received a small bill two months after they administered their services. We paid it, but the bill was sent to a collections agency anyway. There seems to be no urgency for them to do their part, but apparently plenty of urgency when it comes to collecting $20.
I have been trying to take care of my bill, and using my insurance for 4 months, now, their office is just plain rude, aggressively so. I feel sorry for people who have to go thru their billing services...more like bullying services.
