Dr. Rushworth is thorough, clear in communication and receptive. I got my appointments mixed up by 1 month and they were able to squeeze me in the same week to help me start understanding what’s been going on with my brain. Worth every penny to come here especially after trying to find any other local neurologist who treats brain injuries not related to sports.
Initially they seemed to be very nice. Then after I uploaded documents for review to the portal as requested, there has been no feedback for 6 months. I followed up twice through the portal, still no response. Not sure why. This part of service was quite a contrast to my initial visit. I probably will not use them again even if they are still in business.
Dr. Rushworth is an exceptional neurologist. He is incredibly knowledgeable, truly listens, and always takes the time to fully understand what’s going on rather than rushing through appointments. After a disappointing experience with the neurologist at Mercy, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rushworth. I had also met with Dr.’s in Phoenix with no clear direction or diagnosis. During my intake with Dr. Rushworth, he stated we are going to figure this out. And that he did. He is knowledgeable and is thorough in his assessment process and explaining the results. It w/b nice if someone simply answered the phone. Had to wade through many prompts to simply NOT have the ability to leave a message nor talk to anyone. The system provides their website.... oh brother!
