The Dr's here are great its the rest of the staff that are incompetent. I need to get a blood test but needed a preauth first. Even though they scanned my insurance card and I filled out the paperwork, they put me down as self pay (which i wouldnt need if i was self pay). It took over a month and they still claim i was down as self pay and waiting for a preauth. Its been another two weeks, called again and the receptionist set the appt. This Cancer Center transfered my husband to Durango Cancer center without notice! They made excuses about calling and and mailing the transfer but he got nothing but their bills. This is very poor care at this center. Who transfers a cancer PT without notice?
Our uncle was a patient of Dr. Neidhart. The entire team went out of their way to help him and us through that difficult time. Dr. Neidhart and his staff are very conscientious, committed, and compassionate towards their patients and families.
Dr. Neidhart is very thorough and caring. He is on top of everything and always makes time for his patients. The nurses are kind and knowledgeable. The center is spacious and impeccable.
