If you are thinking of renting an apartment here be prepared to look at this trash everyday! Terrible property upkeep! You can’t even park in the parking spots because the trash is everywhere, which brings rats and other animals! This apartment complex is terrible!
Management is okay, the new ones are a little responsive, however the people litter here and there, make a beautiful community so bad and dirty, wish the management would start charging fines to preserve the beauty of this place. There is a huge lack of security, they really need to install security cameras at least. Work orders are answered but damn late. The only reason we decided to stay back is accessible trails and spacious apartments.
A good building layout of apartment complex. Very huge area and nicely maintained. Garbage removal at the rear portion of the building 3 needs some attention to maintain cleanliness. Club house facility is amazing with gym & swimming pool facility for the residents.
No one is answering calls, system is set up to disconnect calls after routing to agent immediately. Not sure what is going on ! Full of maintenance issues, management keeps changing, they keep saying your issue is not an emergency. They don’t even care anymore. They keep charging you left and right though. It used to be a good place , it’s becoming worse with every change of management.
