I requested their service for lawn mowing. They said they would be there at Thursday at 5:30. They arrived at 7:00 in the evening. We talked about accepting their service and they were supposed to arrive between 8-9 today, Saturday June 30. They never arrived and when called they said they were behind and they could arrive in the evening. Unable to meet the appointment and arriving late, their service was canceled. You only have one chance to make a 1st impression.
Terrible! Not professional at all. I watched them work and it was one guy working and the rest of standing around. They left a huge mess around the yard, left their ladder laying in the yard. Cut down a tree and just left it. They didn't even sweep the sticks and debris off the walk way. Very poor work!
After nearly fifteen years with the same lawn service I had to find someone new in 2017. I interviewed several people and really wasn’t feeling very confident about any of them until I found a card from Four Brothers. Justino came to my home and we had a good discussion about what my needs were and where my previous landscaper was failing. This review is due in part by their form of marketing which involves littering the front yards of the entire neighborhood which plastic bags filled with rocks and business cards. If they are too lazy to utilize the mailbox, I can only imagine the mediocre service they provide....
