$13 for a burger and fries that were mediocre at best. With this type of thinking I can open my own food truck and buy a bag of cheap burgers from food lion, which is what the pattys were like, and serve them on a cold bun with some frozen fries and make 100% profit. I wouldn't recommend anyone try this food truck.

Sorry I visited this place. First time in Richmond so some friends suggested this place for a bite to eat. Bad choice, not only was the lady with the red hair rude and unprofessional. It felt like I was in an elementary school cafeteria. Dirty tables and hearing her complain about her job. My advice learn some customer service and leave your private business at home
I would love to tell you what I think about this food, but it looks like I will never know. A "no show" is a "no go" for me. And for no real good or viable reason. I don't appreciate the terrible way in which you do business. So I will keep my money for another.
I've been waiting all week long to try out this food truck coordinated by our work committee and here comes the bad news...the business supposedly FORGOT to tell us that they were NOT COMING??? Excuse me??? That is NOT the level of customer service we expect! We were prepared to stand in the rain and spend GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY with your truck and yet, you provide this piss poor level of communication. You don't have to worry about ME or anyone else from the job supporting your business!
Our company booked them to come to our office. They supposedly "forgot to tell us they weren't coming" That is just plain old bad customer service. It may have been for the best considering the menu they sent us had the prices blocked out. Either they are over-priced or they change pricing on the fly for the venue. Either way it's an OUT in my book. Won't be supporting their business.
