I love that the townhomes are spacious. It’s a quiet neighborhood my only complaint is that I feel unsafe now due to an aggressive male tenant that lives next door. Now I’m afraid to take my trash out as I’m a single mom with a newborn that lives alone. I’m posting this review in case of emergency if things escalate.
This place is terrible outdated apartment high rent and everything is rigged from the electrical to the plumbing , blinds dry rotted falling apart , bugs in the units , nasty neighbors trash and dog feces everywhere , mold in the bathrooms dishwasher smells like mold soon as you open it , stove off balance so you’re food cooks unevenly, NO AC high utility bills , they claim the cover water they don’t you pay you’re own water bill and they water is never hot luke warm , the people in the office are rude asf they state the cle... read more
Very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly as well. Leasing agents/maintenance are helpful.
Pretty terrible, just no maintenance. Need 2 months to fix a small water issue
