Great Place - – I lived in these apartments several years ago when they had a different manager. The apartment was dark, dingy and she tried to charge me for many items that were there when we moved in. I was recently in one of the apartments and WOW! They have a new manager and the kitchens are totally redone. New appliances, new cabinets, new flooring! The bathrooms are also redone and the apartments look great!!! The grounds are beautiful. Very clean apartments and duplexes. – Very clean and well maintained. Having the washer and dryer set was a major selling point for me. I was sad to leave due to a transfer out of state. These are great for singles and are close to several restaurants and a short drive from a couple grocery stores. Not to mention 50 yards from Culvers. The landlord is nice and the repairmen are very responsive. However, I would be sure to document all damage to the apt as soon as you move in.
