Over 65 complex, all bills paid. Small apts but has W/D connections in each one! Awesome! Allows small dogs. Mary Beth, the on-site manager, is sweet and funny and the rest of the staff are, as well. Neighbors are nice and friendly, too. So glad I made the choice to move here.
