Fantastic Snow removal I just wanted to thank the property, a few weeks ago when we had the big snow storm, the employees doing snow removal were fantastic and went above and beyond. I work in the hospital and was out there at 545am trying to dig my car out to get to work, and they were already there clearing the driveway. Both employees (one with the truck and the one w the snow blower- I didn’t catch their names) came over to me while I was brushing off my car and helped plow/ snow blow around my car, and ultimately helped... read more
Poor maintenance service It has been a week and still no one has come to fix the issue. Even though I have contacted lease office , they just admitted that there is nothing they can do , just keep waiting
An excellent choice Great place to rent!! I have lived at Bowdoin Square for over 6 months and I am so happy I moved here. Well-managed complex - the grounds are lovely and well-kept. The residents are friendly and respectful. We love our unit, which was pristine when we moved in. For Williamsville, this complex is a good value. Location is great - the bike path is minutes away. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. No complaints at all :-)
Move in at your own risk The parking situation is absolutely terrible. Don’t plan on parking anywhere near where you live. Plan on parking in the middle of a dimly lit parking lot dragging your stuff with you. Very cheap material used everywhere in the townhouse and nothing will really stay clean. As the summer approaches prepare to deal with loud people in the parking lots. It’s also almost June and the back yard dividers are still not up.

Stay Away!!! This is still the same people as Snug Harbor. I've called the police every weekend so far. Drug dealing, partying til 3am. If u have a family or looking for someplace quiet, This is NOT the place. It's sad they are trying to make it nice. Need to raise rent to keep the riff raff out. When lease is up, I'm gone.
Very happy Just moved in happy with the townhome. Holli has been responsive and nice. Plenty of room. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Everything works, patio is clean and walkways are clear. Happy to be here. Looking forward to renting.
Great community! Great area.Awesome school, with a nice park,within walking distance .Wonderful people living in this community. Being right off the Blvd there are many places, stores, restaurants and bus stops as well. Very nice townhouses for a reasonable price. Ideal for families and small pets, which is difficult to find in this area
