This could be a nice property again, now that MBS doesnt have it any longer. You need to get the good people back that use to be there and really cared about the place. Lorri, Michelle, Jorge, Velia, and Drew!!!

You move in and be one of the very few that actually stay. But yet....there is trash ever where. By the way...we dont have door to door trash service. People take up 2 or 3 parking spots, throw there cigs on the ground, dont clean up after their dogs, and she was right..people move in 2 months later they are gone. The place cant even fix the gate/doors/locks that have been broken for months. Dont get it. But then tell you the market value of the apt is \$1250. Please get real....

My Mom lives there and this place is a quiet and a real nice safe place for her, has covered parking for tenants, and assigned parking
