This used to be a decent, quiet place to live, with nice normal people. Yes, we miss Michelle and the former staff as well. We have lived here for several years, and never had any real complaints until new management came in. They dont enforce their own rules. They are moving a bunch of loud obnoxious kids in here, driving thru at top speed with their radios blaring at all hours of the night. Trash piling up in doorways. Neighbors having loud parties during the week all night long, and even with repeat complaints to manageme... read more

I STAY HERE AND WATCH THE PEOPLE COME AND GO . SOME ONLY A FEW MOUNTHS AND I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE . OUT DATED CAR TAGS, THE GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN ( BROKEN). WATER BILLS ARE HIGH EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONE PERSON OR FOUR.KIDS ARE UNDER 14 AND NO ADULT AND DIVEING IN JUST 4 OF WATER THE SAD THING IS THIS USED TO BE THE BEST PLACE IN TOMBALL. ....
