Once the application was approved, the rest of the steps were very quick. Jessica was amazing, very thorough, professional and friendly. Also, very transparent through the whole process. Review update: turns out Jessica wasn't as helpful, when she left the office, 2 o 3 months after I moved in, I found out she left me with a lot of unfinished business and didn't follow protocol at all.
