Great value for the price—considering the location and nearby conveniences, it’s definitely worth it! Excellent location with easy access to nearby neighborhoods and main roads, plus lots of places nearby for food, shopping, and daily errands. The Publix is within walking distance and a new Plaza was built within 10 minutes driving distance which has a Crunch gym, Sprouts, T.J.MAXX & several dining options. Love the pool and there is an open area where you can sit and bask in the sun and relax while looking at the fountain.
