I tried to ask nicely for my $100 holding deposit. Tierra in the office hung up on me for no reason. What kind of games does this place play??? I was denied and they have not given me back my deposit. You pay by card and they mail a check. I would not recommend. The staff clearly thinks they can act however and no one will call them out on it. Sorry Tierra, hold yourself accountable. Many folks want jobs. You have one and do it horribly.

I've lived here 8 years and have never once had a pleasant experience when I'm in need of maintenance. The office staff straight sucks none of them know what's going on and never return calls. I would have left here long ago but it was easier to stay and try not to deal with them. As it is right now my heater is constantly on (even when switch is off) but they just never show up to fix it. I'm done out of here 4/30
Made a app at 12pm to look at a apartment. Show at 12pm, lease office locked with blinds shut with a sign saying "we'll be back at 1pm" Horrible service
