been living here for almost 2 years. best apt experience i have ever had. amenities are great, its quiet, its close to main places. maintenance is fast and the front office is helpful. i dont see myself moving out of my current apartment until i am ready to move states
This place is amazing! I love the floorplans; they're spacious and generous with the amount of room and amenities you get for the price. I have lived at The Fountains at Meadow Wood for approximately 3 years and have absolutely loved it here. The area is beautiful and secluded, the neighbors are quiet, and the staff are friendly, proactive, and responsive. I'm really sad that I need to leave and, should I ever find my way back to Clarksville, I would absolutely consider returning!

I moved to Clarksville having never visited the town or even had a chance to check out the area of where I would be residing. I can genuinely say God has blessed me with the perfect place to live and amazing management to top it off! To cleanliness, comfort, professionalism I truly would rate this place a 10/10. I also really appreciate how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issues—it’s a huge relief.
