Best experience with apartment living!! You honestly cannot find a better value in Clarksville. I love how quiet and peaceful it is here too! Close to shopping and an easy commute to the highway. Leasing process was very simple. Unit was immaculate upon move-in, with all the modern necessities. The saltwater swimming pool is always clean and so refreshing! The management here is very understanding with concerns that the residents have and are sure to be s quick as possible with getting the issue resolved. The maintenance team is also very knowledgeable and quick to fix any issue that is in their scope. If they can't, they are sure to contact the best to take care of it.
The Fountains at Meadow Wood is a Great Place to Live I just have to say how much I appreciate the team at The Fountains at Meadow Wood. The place is always clean, the landscaping looks great, and any time I need something fixed, they take care of it fast. The office staff is super nice and easy to talk to. Overall an amazing place to live! Very well kept, quiet and tucked away. All of the staff are great people, so helpful and friendly. Beautiful amenities, especially the pool! Love it here!!
They used my deposit for back utilities (they said that it's normal to be charged for two months utilities when you move out) then charged me an exorbitant cleaning fee that I know by law is not reasonable. My utilities magically tripled in price by the time we moved out, magically the price of my deposit. We were charged almost $1000 in back utility's and cleaning fees for an apartment that was left in very clean condition. There was a small stain on the carpet and slight damage to one door.
