The maintenance team does quarterly AC inspection and AC filter changes to keep the AC running smoothly. They do their jobs quickly and efficiently. They are nice guys and do their jobs well. I am a longterm (since 2014) resident of the Fountains at Falkenburg.
Awesome pm by maintenance. Property is always in fantastic shape.
