This community is perfect .its so quiet and the whole community is great I can say how calm and relaxing living here is. The only issue I have are massive Squirrels which I can deal with...but great Location and the staff is Friendly And very Professional...five Stars I will def give...
100 times better than Chase oaks, where to begin? Well the new company that owns this property and other's buy struggling properties. I have been here when it was Chase oaks and it was horrible inside and out as well as the management. Maintenance has always been pretty good. 1. The place has turned around since the new people have taken over they seem to actually want to help you. Big Difference
I have lived in Jacksonville now for 4 months and I can say that I love the area and location of The Fountains at Deerwood. My apartment over looks the lake and I love the new flooring in this apartment. Not knowing Jacksonville you'll love this property and area.
Update 12/10/13: This clown below me is stating the obvious when construction is taking place. It's probably the last property manager posting below as they the management team were not invited back after interviewing for their positions they had, so pretty much they were fired. I've lived here for a 1.5 years and all I can say it's much better now than before. my husband and i were new to jacksonville and we came across chase oaks. the office was nice and up to date so we ASSumed thats how the apt. homes would be. we asked to see one and they were all rented out. needless to say we moved in i was very disappointed in them. as weeks went by and still do go by i have issues after issues..roaches,ants,plumbing issues,cable issues,my pwer bill is alot because of these apts being built in 1978!!! i would not recommend these to anyone! once my lease is up i am out!
