Dayna, which is the manager has given me the welcoming vibe since day 1 of touring the property. Any issues I have, which are not many, Dayna make sure the issues are fixed in a timely manner. I’ve stayed at a few properties prior to living at Fountains, but never had a manager like Dayna who truly cares about the thoughts of the residents as well as the upkeep of the property. Poor management
Absolutely Disgusting Management, Stay Away This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I lived here for almost 6 years with no prior incidents and always paid my rent on time. My “thank you”? I was wrongfully evicted simply for calling the police during a domestic violence incident where I was attacked in the middle of the night. Instead of offering safety or support, management slapped me with a 3-day notice to vacate, claiming I “violated protocol” by involving law enforcement. Imagine paying rent on th... read more
